Two days ago on April 18 in Dong Ha, Quang Tri Province Vietnam, 24 year old Nguyen Van Chung was hunting for scrap metal. He accidentally uncovered a piece of ordnance with his hoe and was killed almost immediately from shrapnel wounds to the chest and throat.

This is the third accident to hit this family and the second resulting in death.
