Kiman Lucas
President/Executive Director
Kiman Lucas was recently hired as the President/Executive Director of Clear Path International.
Kiman brings more than 25 years experience in international corporate and legal affairs in a
wide variety of companies including early-stage technology companies, nonprofit organizations and
public companies. She previously served as General Counsel for Classmates Online, M2E Power,
Cordance (formerly Intermind), Phorm (formerly 121 Media), and publicly-traded Profit Financial.
She was General Counsel for several years for PATH, an international technology transfer NGO which
has offices in Jakarta, Lombok, Nairobi, Manila, Bangkok, Ottawa, D.C., and Seattle. She worked for
the Office of Legal Counsel within the World Health Organization in Geneva, Switzerland and helped
found The Concept Foundation in Bangkok, Thailand. Kiman earned her B.A. in International Relations
and has a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Northwestern School of Law. Kiman now lives on Bainbridge Island
with her three teenage children.
